How an engagement runs
Discover, prototype, deploy, operate. The four cards share one height so the path reads as a single line.
THE OFFER
Four stages. You can stop after any one.
Discover is a written brief, not a workshop. Prototype is a working agent on your data. Deploy writes back into the desk you already use. Operate is optional monitoring after it is live. There is no retainer until you ask for operate.

A time-boxed brief: the task, the systems, and a go/no-go. You can stop here.
02 PROTOTYPE
A working agent on a slice of your data. Your team corrects the first runs.
03 DEPLOY
The agent writes into the desk you already use, with evals and an escalation path.
04 OPERATE
Optional. A weekly review of misses. No retainer unless you ask for this stage.
