These terms cover this marketing site and the project inquiries you send through it. They are not a services contract. Work we do together is scoped in a written agreement.

The site

The pages describe typical agents, industries, and engagements. They are not a promise that a given agent will run on your systems, or that a result on a typical engagement will appear in yours.

Inquiries

When you submit the contact form you ask us to reply about a possible project. Do not send secrets, patient data, payment card numbers, or anything you are not allowed to share. We may decline work that we cannot take on.

Your systems and data

If we later connect to your tools, those connections and the data they see sit under the engagement agreement, not these website terms. Until then, treat anything you paste into the form as a message, not a data-processing setup.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site in a way that harms availability, attempt to break the contact form, or use the site to send spam. We may block automated abuse.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. We are not liable for decisions you make from reading it. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
