Intake
AI agents for applications and intake
Applications arrive half-filled. Staff chase the same missing document by email, and applicants call to ask if anything has moved. The decision sits in a queue that nobody can see from the outside. This agent reads what was submitted, lists what is still required, and reports the status your system already stores. Approvals, denials, aid, credit, and clinical decisions stay with your people.

How the system runs
Uploads are checked against the published checklist, then status is read from the system of record.

How it runs
01
Publish the checklist
Every product, program, visit type, or property has a list of required items. The agent uses that list. It does not improvise a new requirement.
02
Read the packet
Forms and common uploads are checked for the fields you named. Each extracted item points at the file. Low confidence is marked missing, not accepted.
03
Answer status from the system
Received, in review, waiting on the applicant. If the status is blank, the agent says the file is received and a person will update it. It does not predict an approval.
04
Hand the complete file over
When the checklist is done, the reviewer gets the packet and the open questions. The agent does not score, underwrite, admit, or diagnose.
Where it shows up
Account and loan packets
Applicants hear which documents are still open and whether the file is in review. The agent does not quote a rate or say the application will be approved.
Admissions checklists
Students get the missing transcript, test, or form, and the status the admissions system shows. Offers, aid, and denials are sent by the school.
Registration and coverage admin
New patients complete demographics and insurance details the front desk already collects. The agent does not triage symptoms or promise a clinician's conclusion.
Rental and offer packets
Applicants are told which ID, income, or disclosure items are still missing. Screening results and acceptance are a person's message.
Questions we get
Will it tell someone they are approved?
No. Status language is limited to what the system of record says. Approval, denial, aid, and underwriting decisions are never generated by the agent.
How are identity documents handled?
They stay in the system you already use for applications. The agent checks presence and the fields you listed. Retention and access follow that system's rules, not a side folder.
What if a document is unreadable?
It is marked missing and the applicant is asked to send it again. A blurry upload is not accepted to clear the checklist.
Can this sit next to the RFQ intake agent?
Yes. RFQ intake is for bids and specs. This agent is for applications and registrations, where the output is a complete file and a status, not a price.
